They will not entertain the address written on the letter you sent along with the photos. You have to follow the instructions on the photo request letter or in my earlier post.

I agree with you. Our original photos were perfect in every way. But the new ones were of bad quality. I am doubtful if the new ones would be accepted. I am still waiting for them to review the new photos. The photos were delivered to the Sydney office on 30th Sep.

There is a mailing address available as well for the Sydney CPC. I am planning to send the photos directly to the mailing address (not PO. Box) via UPS/FedEx.

I think there is no other choice but to re-take the photos and explicitly ensure that the new photos meet the specifications (not rely entirely on the photographer assurances). I'm just thinking whether to send the photos directly to their mailing address via FedEx/UPS or mail it to the PO Box...

I have always talked to SIN office on (866)-274-6627. Call multiple times until you get through to the list, this is the trick. Call early morning when the load is less. I always had to wait around 1 hour 30+ minutes.
