WES evaluates only credentials, it wouldn’t verify whether you came after scoring high in entrance tests or through Payment Quota.

I am not sure about your sources you enquired about credits. It isn’t 70 credits and most of the previous batch members already updated that it is 36 credits Data Science PGD from IIITB. There were some reports that Wes approved it, but no proof yet on this forum about that. We are waiting for...

Ideally it should count, in your case you are doing it parallely with BCA, am not sure about how the Case officers deals with that. It is a specific case. So, you are yet to send the transcripts to WES.
