Hi, if you google “scan multiple pages into one pdf”, you will get the options. I have a mac and I used the instructions on Apple forum to do it. Scan pages with information in low resolutions/dpi and blank pages with the lowest dpi. They will need blank pages also.

You should also see some update very soon! They have transferred a good amount of files from Niagara to Vancouver citing workload distribution. We should be seeing some updates soon. I don’t see similar issues anymore in the thread for December 2023.
