Just an update. I sent an email to SINP and they have replied the same day with confirmation of sending the information to CIC to update the information in my EE profile. My express entry profile was updated immediately. Thanks to all for extending help.

Congratulations on your nominee. I received my nomination on 18 mar 2020, but so far my express entry profile did not update. Can you confirm me if your profile was updated itself or they sent you any message to accept. If they sent a message then how did you accept? Please advise.
