I noticed that their tracker update are usually 2 days late. So if they've done something on a Monday, the earliest we get to know is Wednesday.

Looks exactly like our application (Family 2). After July no updates at all. Been refreshing that tracker page at least 4 times a day just in case. What drives me nuts is how come some applications submitted later than ours (even families up to 5) gets going for less than the amount of time...

Thanks. We BG and Test are complete, since July 17, up till now nothing has moved. It's becoming increasingly frustrating, especially seeing other applications even later ones in May and June see quick progress. I hope your husband's application gets moving soon.
