Hi, I landed on the 28th of March, still waiting for my card. too. I linked it on my CIC account and it. changed to approved on the 27th of. July. I have been told it takes upto 6 weeks to arrive - it has been more than 6 weeks, still nothing. Does anyone know how to contact them?

That post is old. The new exemptions are clear on the website and all over the news for any lay man to read. There is no travel restriction in my departure country. I have a flight in the morning. If they let me on, fine. If they don't, still fine. Not the end of the world. I will inform you all...

Yes. The announcement regarding the border closures was made on the 16th of March but was taken into effect on the 18th. I suppose that's why the exemptions would be anything approved before the 18th of March.

With the US travel ban, you won't even be allowed to board a plane going to the US even though it's just a transit flight. This happened to me last week, flying from Dublin to Toronto via New York.
