May I know when you went to RAMQ office? Maybe you could try to call RAMQ agent and they will mail you the application forms if you have SA and OWP. According to the agent "The principle applicant name should be shown on the file indicating the permanent resident application is being proceeded...

Yeap, still didn't receive SA from Federal. RAMQ agent said if we want to apply Health Insurance Card then we must: (1) have SA and OWP together; or (2) Have OWP and at least Six month full-time job proof. That's why we care about SA.

Nope, together with CSQ there is a letter saying CSQ have been sent to IRCC, but there is still a copy of CSQ for Federal in the mail. Today we just received Medical Examination letter.

Our case is that we received CSQ but there isn't any updates from IRCC. For online tracking, we can see the status bar but it's just based on 1 year processing time.

It's better to call MIDI to see what happened. Each case is different and timeframe isn't suitable for all. Normally AOR is issued same day as credit charged. Maybe problem with your address? BTW, how do you know Federal's deadline? May I know your AOR of Federal stage?

I guess you have post-graduation work permit, right? As RAMQ has different requirements for different applicant.

Our timeline is almost same as my application was received on March 09, 2020.

You can link your file with your online account which is better for understanding. About CSQ, you should call Quebec Immigration and request a duplicate one. They will tell you how to do it and suggest you using an inland address of your friend.

I suppose you could get CSQ in 2 weeks according to current processing time.

Thanks for clarification. There is an interesting case: I have a friend who got OWP after PEQ graduation in 2017, and he got Quebec Insurance card without full time employment letter.

Hi Laurahd, May I suppose that they updated the requirements? 1. This April I called RAMQ(my wife is pregnant), the agent only asked for OWP for my case. However, that time we just sent files to IRCC even without AOR. 2. I don't know if the requirements are special for pregnant lady. Also...

This expiry date should be for the immigration visa which means you should land before this date. The PR card is always valid for 5 years after your first landing.
