Hi guys after a long long wait I have got my work permit approved . Online application done 5th March biometric submission completed on 8th March . Biometric completed on 9th March Today application is approved.

All done and passed .. my online application was done on 9th March

Got the screenshots from the lawyer on my application status it says final decision is in progress . The expedited letter submitted by my lawyer on 16th , need to wait this week.

Yes totally agree mad system my lawyer has sent essential letter on 9th. Guess you need to be very lucky to get it to whomever your file goes too and they approve it.

Yes I assume medical passed since the lawyer has already sent essential letter to IRCC . My application shows that file is handled at Bangalore office . Also delhi embessy is approving wp. IRCC does not have systematic format for work permit approval as even April application have got wp approval.

I completed my application on 9th March with upfront medical ,biometrics. I am not sure about BVL since lawyer has the information. He has sent employer expedited letter last week to Bangalore embessy for work permit approval.

Hi Arunesh Was your file processed at Bangalore office ? My lawyer has sent the essential expedited letter from employer , do you know how much time it takes to process the file . My file is looked at Bangalore embessy

I can see the biometrics data on the IRCC site when you enter the UID, does it mean the biometrics validity letter is there? I am anyways going to connect with my employer today to let them know that in India files are getting processed.

I had done my biometrics on 9th also me not able to check the latest status of my application since the lawyer has all the details ..my medical was done upfront before submitting my online application

Congratulations to you Arunesh Good to hear many of the guys are getting PPR from India. I completed my biometrics upfront medical on 9th March from Bangalore but no news yet don't know what could be the issue. My employer's lawyer had filed under GTS LMIA with Noc 2171

Ok cool mine is 2171 but I cannot see updates as my employer lawyer has the details , guess need to check with him now
