Guys I'm in a much different situation.. As I had informed earlier my GIC got updated on Friday evening but till now I haven't got dispatch message.. After many attempts I got connected to ndvo and spoke to operator and shared my concern of my pp has got lost or what happened..she said can't get...

As mentioned in their email you should wait for remedical..but I have seen many people doing upfront medical also ..
