i am getting the same response of re verification,i ask WES for tracking number of courier but did not get any reply from WES .please let me know how i can track my courier ..WES just respond me that they have send the document to the respective university but not giving any tracking number

My Last profile status: WES has requested further verification from the issuing institution and is waiting for their response. But Institution not found any physical copy of document which WES Send (As per mail which WES send to me regarding re verification ),so what is the next step ?

My WES process is on hold because of re verification of document by respective universities ,i visited to my universities but they said they can only give the mail reply to WES ,once they received the physical copy of document which WES send .Please let me know what the exact process is and how...
