Yes that makes sense.. honestly it is faster to get Cambodian passport and travel as PR then to get Canadian passport.. because for Canadian passport , need citizenship certificate .. which has processing time of around 6 months after which to get passport add more time..

Thanks I get your point.. my concern is that the process might be time consuming.. if it is possible to just add child with mother's pr process then when we reach Canada do the citizenship process.. Do you think this is possible ? The processing times are ridiculously long as you might know.
