Same here, looks like criminality expired and they need another one to pass criminality. I sent it and they received it. Try to ask the office to send it to your address and don’t open the envelope. Then send it through tracking. I did that and all was done in 3 weeks.

Nothing stated about translation, just scan ALL PAGES. Just to mention, I already mailed stamp translation when I sent my paper application year and half ago.
