If you received copr for spousal sponsorship you can land. There’s no clear answer anywhere but I found a few others that have successfully landed and can confirm that I did also, that was two months ago that I travelled having received copr in August.

Have you overlooked the fact that the group of people we are discussing about are family members like you’ve said yourself?

This is pretty much what I’m coming to as a conclusion as well. Thanks for taking the time to try figure it out. To me it seems pretty stupid to allow immediate family members to reunite and visit but not to land and settle.

The official site doesn’t categorically state anything either way for those who received copr after March 18th unfortunately. Only states you can if received before then.

It doesn’t have a door that shuts the area off but is separated from the main house by a long staircase followed by a long corridor to the room and bathroom I’ll be occupying. There’s no need for said person to enter the area.

I too would like to see proof of this regarding London Visa Office. Please provide something to back this up. I’ve been away from my partner for 6 months now, a further 6 months feels hard to bare thinking of.
