Regarding request letter for Hong Kong Police Certificate (CNCC)
Exactly in the same boat. You should arrange for it to be delivered by courier. I just filled in the IRCC customer service number as recipient's contact number, and it did not cause any trouble.- alex_hk

Hi guys! AoR Feb 7. FSW applicant from Hong Kong. Did anyone not pay the $85 biometrics fee when submitting the application? I paid application and RPRF fee, didn't have the option to pay biometrics though.. Now my status page says "we do not need your fingerprints", is this normal?- alex_hk
