@canuck78 Can you please cite the source of your information that soft landings are not to be performed at this time? Does this mean, same day return depends on the whims and fancies of the officer and not a standard policy? Thats not right. Either allow it for everyone or no one.

Type - Outland ITA - May 7th 2019. AOR - Nov 2nd 2019. PPR - Mar 13th 2020. PPR Delivered to CPCO - March 18th 2020. Application Approved - May 26th 2020. Passport shipped from CPCO - June 8th 2020. Passport received - June 9th 2020. Good Luck!

13th March PPR. 18th March CPCO Delivered. Still not approved. I guess good things come to those who wait :) Staying positive.

I sent them an email this morning and got a generic reply saying they are in possession of the passports and will return them back as soon as processing is done. PPR 13th march. Delivered CPCO 18th march.

For those waiting for their passports, is your application timeline 100% complete? My status timeline became 100% over the weekend and now it says Your application is taking us longer than usual to process. About 20% of our applications are more complex to process.

Thanks for the update. PPR received 13th March. Delivered CPCO 18th March. No updates yet. God willing, hopefully by end of next week.

Very likely things will be a lot better by June when more testing is available. USCIS is aware of the situation so staying beyond expiry date shouldn't be a problem. In any case, going back to home country is always an option.
