    is it true that student graduate from a skilled position? Student work for 1year in skilled position with PGWP then student apply for for PR Student gets PR.

    Consequences of no show for court in civil matter

    If a PGWP holder is issued a subpoena and they dont appear will immigration find out? If Immigration finds out can the person be deported since its only a civil matter and its not criminal? if so would a immigration trial be held before sending the PGWP holder home?
