Hi, I know only someone received PPR before mid-Jan., 2011. Buffalo seems hesitated to issue new PPR for FSW applicants in Feb./March, 2011. I doubt if Buffalo is processing and issuing PPR for FSW applicants at present?? Long time of waiting......
