Hi all, received this email from ircc. Is this considered AOR2? 'This confirms that your application for permanent residence in Canada has been received by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) on 2020/02/03. ' PA ECAS changed from 'in process' to 'application received'

Im just going to assume yes since sending biometric request would be a waste of time if sponsor isnt approved. Does anyone if a Sponsor Approval letter will be mailed/emailed?

For us it was sent to Sponsor.

Try linking your application and check on sponsors ecas using the application number on that biometrics letter . Unfortunately my husband forgot to put an email address on his sponsors form so they probably sent him a physical letter. His ecas however confirms they sent an AOR.

I really hope so. PS. Successfully linked to gckey. Is there any difference between information on Gckey and ecas? Do we use both or just one?

Hi all, update. Just received a request to PAY for biometrics. Email says to just pay and request to complete biometrics will come at a later date. However, there is an application number now but no AOR yet. AR 4 Feb2020

Sent App last week with Xpresspost, hopefully to be received on Monday or Tuesday.
