Yes. I got the pgwp. My timeline 16jan: repaid the open work permit fee, as initial one was refunded. 2feb: review of eligibility 3feb: status changed to approved.

Please call the CIC for an update. And to check the status of your reconsideration. For me it took approximately 30 days. Good luck and be positive.

Just wanted to share an update. So I had requested a reconsideration for my pgwp application after it was refused. 6January- pgwp as missed uploading transcripts. 7january- requested reconsideration through online web form and uploaded my unofficial transcript (which I had downloaded earlier)...

Yes. I received an email asking me to repay the open work permit fee (as it was refunded to me earlier). So I have paid that and attached the fee receipt through my CIC account. My application status also changed from refused to processing. :)

It is advisable to call the CIC and check the application status. Please understand that you need to be patient in the whole process. It does take time and sometimes the wait is unbearable. But be positive you will get it!

Thanks for replying. I am within the 90 days restoration from my pgwp refusal (which was on January6). Plus my post graduation finished on the 3rd October'19. That means I have until 3rd april'20 to still apply for a pgwp. I am just waiting to hear back from CIC as they have verified my request...

So just to get more clarity... According to the rule one needs to apply for pgwp within 180 days of graduating. Does that still hold once the pgwp is refused for not uploading transcript. I mean is it possible to reapply for pgwp after getting a refusal on the first one. How would the process...
