How long is it taking for Ottawa paper applicants to get oath updated to in progress after LPP complete? Looks like our VO is extremely slow when compared other VOs like Vancouver where people are getting path update the very next day after LPP.

Got my AOR today. Paper application: Sent Sep 9, received Sep 15, called in on October 26 bcz they started processing Sep 20 as on October 24ish.

Looks like AOR for paper applications can get delayed bcz of Fiona’s land fall ie wide scale prolonged major power outages across NovaScotia. Worst is not expected on Cape Breton Island. Brace for impact tonight and hope for the best.

Looks like they are now processing AORs for paper applications received in the week of Sep 09 https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/. For every two weeks they seem to be moving the AOR processing week by 1 week. In next two weeks I hope then get to applications received in the week of Sep 15.
