Hi, I did my soft landing on 7th Feb, 2020 in Toronto and waiting on my PR card to be delivered at a relative's place in Canada. Does anyone know the processing times for receiving a PR card? Anyone did a soft landing around this date and received their PR card? Thank you.

The CoPR indicates Toronto, Ontario. But that is independent of where I go for my landing I guess, right? Also, I was under the impression that one can always go anywhere in Canada with the Express entry right?

Great. I am just planning to do a soft landing and return back to US. I don't intend to settle in Quebec. I might move to Toronto or Vancouver in the future. What do you mean by final destination? Is that something mentioned on the CoPR?

Since you all recommended that Quebec can be a hassle, I was thinking to drive to New Brunswick port of entry directly from Boston via Maine. I hope New Brunswick doesn't have any weird rules. How does that sound?

How long did it take for the return after you submitted your passports for Canada visa? I send out my passport last week & the return package is still not activated.

Did you receive your passports back? I just send my passport to Canada and it was signed by the same J.SCUITEBOER.
