For express entry press 2,2,2 then 0 due to limited work staff they would disconnect bc of enormous number of calls but keep trying till you reach a representative to talk to.

That’s great news! My doubt is that the issue date for new extension documents will be after March 18th due to which we’ll not be allowed anyways bc it’s after the ban date. I hope they grant extension soon though.

I don’t think Canada will start granting extensions until their own travel ban is lifted

Is your file at NDVO (New Delhi visa office) I have heard it takes 6-8 months of processing time there.

Thankyou. I tried it and found out my VO is new delhi. Criminality has passed and eligibility and security has not started yet. My AOR is 24th August, MEP 10th september. I think my application is going to take full 6 months.
