yes I applied again after getting the withdrawal. Yes i did submit the SOP in the second time, as previously i didn't even submit that. and no, i didn't ask for the refund of the application fee, as my file was under eligibility review, so even if i asked, i might not get it.

you have to send a webform, and write your request in that. i also took the withdrawal as I made a mistake in my visa file.I got it through webform.

no it does not. unless they have updated your final decision, you can withdraw anytime and apply again.

yeah. so frustrating it is. anyways i dont exactly remember the date but i send two webforms. 1st was 3 weeks back and 2nd one I sent approx 1 week back. no response for any of the webform. got my deferral for the next intake. God knows when they are going to respond.
