Can you go for dropbox for H4 if your previous visa was H1B? Previous H1 was also issued in Vancouver via dropbox last year. Have PR ofcourse that would make us eligible. Also the CEAC website says dropbox eligible. Just trying to figure out if they'll call for an interview in case of a change...
