Is already been a year since I applied for PR. Still no updates. Not even eligibility assessment done yet.

Got email from CIC say that, MY APPLICATION FOR BOWP WAS REFUSED BECAUSE MY APPLICATION FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE UNDER THE PROVINCIAL NOMINEE HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED IN THE PRINCIPLE.
