Oh is that so.. didn't know that we get accept status on the different time for individual degrees, even being the same reference number. Your help is much appreciated.

20 oct 2019- wes profile created 12 nov 2019 - documents reached 16 nov- reviewing documents 18 nov- reviewing new package of documents 11 dec- all the documents have been accepted and report is due on 10 jan.

My timeline has changed to "Your all documents have been accepted and due date is 10/01/2020", but when i get into details, it only shows my bachelor's study(statement of marks and degree) as accepted, whereas, i sent my two degrees and there is no mention of the 2nd institution's documents...
