    Has anyone had trouble accessing GC key account today? My profile says application updated but when I try to open the link to my profile to see the updates the page goes to a page that says "Bad Gateway Error 502".

    Thanks for your reply. We just finished the one year mark. Have you hit one year yet since applying? I'm hesitant to contact the visa office in case they may take longer with COVID-19 and the backlog it has caused.
