You should check if you are in security screening or not.

I think it is fine as long as you mention it in personal history. You have a valid reason. Since it's not completed you don't have to mention it in the education history.

Procedural fairness letter was asking me to give them reasons that I will not go to Montreal as my education and work experience are from that city. SO I told them I was planning on going to Toronto. My eligibility is passed criminality is passed security checks started August 10 2017..

His PR was cancelled. I'm not sure but I don't think its equivalent to a refusal. You get your fees refund as well for cancellation

I have the same status as you. I am in Ip2 since August 10. AoR March 14 and CEC stream. What additional documents did you provide?

@legalfalcon I actually received the same response from emailing Ottawa. How is this a STANDARD reply?
