Thank you for the reply. Remedicals request letter they have mentioned 30 days. The above two lines are on the PCC request letter. There are two dates on the same letter so confused do they mean 7 days or April. No slots available for PCC in the next 7 days. Will send a webform and let them know.

Hi You need to go to the examination department in Pune University. They check the mail there. Just give them your WES number. If they did not get then probably contact WES.

Have you tried the tracking option on the WES tool? It takes 2 to 3 business days for the status to change once the documents are received.

Did you get your ECA? Did you have to pay or visit Pune University for this?
