    can someone clarify about the pr resident card application number that starts with R after linking in CIC profile.. This application number will be created once after we get copr or once the office gets our pr photos? I am thinking if this application number would act as receipt of photos or not

    Looks like yes. I have given biometrics an year ago for my work permit and I see those are mapped in my EE profile. Thanks @legalfalcon for pointing this out

    @legalfalcon I received BIL request, but in application status under Biometrics, it says completed. Do I still need to go for biometrics?
