Similar case with us. We got an official job offer in essential services (supporting critical infrastructure) with expired CoPR. Applied for AL to travel since Feb, no reply from IRCC so far.

Apparently CoPR post Mar 2020 batches receive this mass email from IRCC today. We applied for AL to travel in Feb as our CoPR expired in early Jan’21 and we got a job offer in essential service. However, haven’t heard any reply from IRCC till date. Today we received the same (above) mass email.
