No, I just checked on ECAS and there it's started showing as Applicable Received, previously it used to show In Progress.

Mine was sent from Canada only but still file moved to NDVO

It seems like transfer of files to NDVO or Mississauga is based on load on the visa offices as it seems like lucky one's file already moved to Mississauga already and from now onwards all the files getting moved to NDVO. And the stats are too bad for NDVO.

I checked the past stats of the files which moves to NDVO and the stats are not good as it's for the files which moves to Mississauga. I am still wondering how this transfer decisions get made.

Hi guys, my status shows as medical passed and I believe after this file moves to a visa office. So my question is who receives the notification of file movement/transfer? PA or Sponsor? Also, I could see some files gets transferred to Mississauga and some to New Delhi, on what basis this gets...
