I don't know that answer and don't want give you a wrong information. The best way is to call IRCC on that number +1 888 242 2100 and ask them this question. They will guide you.

No, you have to submit new application for a new RTD, there is no such things mean extend it's validity. And the submission of the application must be through the mail. They won't accept to receive your application in person

Do you mean they will print the RTD again and send it to you ? or you have to submit a new RTD application? Is this means all the RTD that shipped through Purolator are lost? Mine was shipped out through Purolator on December 11th but didn't receive it yet. I hope we can receive all the RTD's...

Congratulations, When did IRCC shipped out the RTD? They said that they shipped mine out on December 10th but still I'm not able to track it because they didn't give me any tracking number.

I just hang up a call with IRCC and requested any tracking number for Purolator to follow up with them about my RTD, they said we couldn't provide you this because it's not available. I don't understand how they sent an important documents without any tracking number. it's ridiculous.:mad::mad::mad:

Yes, you have to provide a guarantor and 2 references.
