It will be New Delhi but I guess Beijing will send the DM. When did you receive the DM ?

So you mean to say that Beijing might have completed the processing but NDVO isn't processing it further ? Bcoz no one is receiving DMs too.

Hi... It seems we all are almost on verge of completion but stuck due to unavoidable reasons... It's looks like a general issue that no one is getting any update from Beijing or the respective primary VO.... Mostly passport will be submitted to the PA resident country irrespective of secondary...
