Not yet. I am thinking maybe it was just a system glitch. I've read from a previous post whose application also forwarded to Manila that her ECAS also changed from Application Received to Decision Made but got her PPR after 3 months.

They were still open last Monday and my ECAS status changed from Application Received to Decision Made on the 17th, Tuesday.

Hi, I had the same issue before. I emailed the visa office where my application was transferred and my GCKey account was updated into "Completed" the day after.
