How to confirm that I will be attending the interview as in pdf message they asked to confirm your attendance , however they give an email address to write if you are not going to attend. Should i send my attendance confirmation to the same email address ?

On LOA , starting date is 8 jan

my university doesn't defer , they will simply reject my application after due date

I applied in July and got rejection in August one month after submission , just before 1 day of refusal , got biometric correspondence letter.

I applied on 6 December sds second try with upfront medical and biometric already done in previous application, Got medical passed on 09 Dec and transcript request , submitted same day, Since then no update , Eligibility not started yet, I'm thinking why they have not update my biometric since...
