I can't understand why are they not letting us know the exact draw date? Is it that difficult to publish a schedule for people who are waiting for these draws? Is it impossible to let us know the number of candidates in each range? who cares how many people are in 430-440 when the CSR point is 472?!

you are right :)) but I'm stressed out a bit and in addition, if they don't draw tomorrow I'm gonna have a frustrating day; I will keep checking here and cic the whole day, while there won't be any draw. That's why I wanted to know if there is any insider news regarding the draw.

Maybe they decreased it to 3200 in order to have a b2b draw next week. So they won't exceed the total number of invited for 2019.
