Hi, my college will be issuing my diploma certificate almost 8-10 months after course completion. However, i will have a provisional which i can use for ECA. But at the time of ITA, what If i still haven't gotten the original certificate? Please advice

Oh m Oh man That does sound really hectic. Wes had taken 40 days for my evaluation last time though so I'm guessing it's just all a luck based affair.

I have done it via IGNOU which is recognised by UGC. I don't care even if they count it as a certificate, as long as they count it..thanks so much
