Hello, do we have anyone with background status "Your background check is in progress. We will let you know when we start your background check." It actually changed after a ghost update. Not sure what this means.

I’ve heard that a gift deed is acceptable in OINP applications but not in Express entry (post ITA). I would like to know from someone if anyone has come across an instance where OINP application was refused on the basis of gift deed.
