Definitely i will respond to Vancouver's email. I will give them details of medical that was done last year in august and i think thats about it because i re read the email regarding police clearence and its only if my mother stayed in canada ever more than 6 months which she never has.

should i stay put then, looks like it does happen which is weird as she is in India and NDVO had her file . Should i at least vancouver know her medicals r still valid

I this normal even though she is in india her file has been moved from india to vancouver now??? And Hamied did you have to get the 2nd medical done even though first was still valid???

I already did that, i had an enquiry sent by MP beginning of June and in a response back i was informed that they our conducting an eligibility review and criminality background check. I have been asked by my MP to now wait for two months and then follow up with them if things still dont move.

Medicals/PCC/Bio metrics everything was submitted . Now after the Pre arrival letter on 23 june 2022, if i dont hear anything till 10th August then it would just delay further coz my Mothers Medicals expire after 10 august 2022.

thank you si much i was so confused. but in order to submit the file for both kids the study permit forms have to be filled in and in those forms they ask for the schools name etc , maybe we can just put N/A in those.

so under the HCCP if a nanny wants to bring her husband on a work permit does the husband need a job offer from some where because there is some information on the " work permit form from outside canada" which asks for what your job title would be etc etc
