Hey i have self harm mark's on my arm, it's been almost 4 year's , my cut's are not so deep but i cut twice for that reason some marks are on top of one another ,i am so worried i am going for my medicals soon

If doctor doesn't report my self harm scar in my student visa , dose it effect permanent resident in future? I am thinking for laser treatment cause my scars aren't deep or that visible
