Just an update. Was able to bring my wife and step daughter from Russia. They landed May 11 in Toronto with no problem. Had zero issues with border services etc. Only thing was, i had to fly them from Belarus, since Russia is pretty much completely closed for departures.

It was processed by Warsaw office. But since PA is russian, we had to send it to VFS Global in Moscow. After that, they sent it to Canadian Embassy in Moscow. Took over a week to get it back due to everything is slow due to covid situation.

Finally got my wife's & daughter's passports back from embassy with visas & COPR. According to government, they are allowed to land, but we will wait til around 20th of april.

Yup, was moved to Warsaw on Nov 6th. Never got AOR2 at all, just the letter that it was moved to Warsaw.

Got our Pre Arrival & Passport request yesterday. Here is our timeline: PA Country - Russia Application Received - Sept 3 AOR1 - Oct 22 SA- Oct 24 Medical Exam Rqst - Nov 18 Medical Exam Passed- Nov 20 Biometric Rqst - Dec. 5 Biometric completed - Dec 10 Pre Arrival & PPR - March 6
