I don't have the answer, I'm sorry. I just know that it was mandatory...all the docs you mentioned plus the recommendation letter have specific fields in the system where you should upload the files. Hope this helps.

Hello! Anybody here who received a nomination under BC PNP - EE Tech Pilot stream for this year? I have applied on Jan. 14 and up until now, my status is still 'In Process'. Curious to learn if some with the same timeline (January 2020) already passed through. Thanks!

As far as I remember, these were mandatory for you to be able to hit submit in the system. Hope you can convince your employer to provide these. You also need recommendation letter from them too, by the way. Good luck!
