Since there is a minimum CRS score required to get NOI from Alberta, is there also a maximum score to get noticed by the province? I haven't seen any profiles timelines for AINP with CRS of 450 to 460. CRS cut off for EE goes as high as 470+

If you retake the IELTS, will the most recent score be sent to IRCC or the highest score you got? I'm currently at CLB 8 on my IELTS and just wondering if I don't achieve my goal of CLB 9 if I retake the exam and got a lower score, will that be the result IELTS will send or the highest score I got?

How do you update the Express Entry profile for the provinces interested in? I chose only 2 provinces from the list and not the all provinces check box however, with the CRS scores being so high, I would like to consider other provinces too.
