You definitely right..It was not worth hiring a representative if he can not even access the account and see what is going on. I will cancel it by using the use of representative form so I can be able to open the gckey. Meanwhile I am waiting for my Gcsm note. Still good luck to us

I guess you were lucky then..In my case they asked me to remove the paid representative by filling the use of representative form and send it to them,before I will be able to access the application myself.
