I personally feel they did that so all us who are waiting to reunite with our loved ones would stop calling/emailing and trying to figure out what they are doing with out files for soo long. It's such a shame. Praying for all us to hear something soon.

This happened to me I missed putting my spouses brothers address in UK an it was returned and when I sent back we went into que from the start. So yes you will start all over again from the bottom of the pile my love.

I am in the same time frame as you, Application received: Jan 14/20 SA Approval: Feb 11/20 Transferred to KVO : Feb 16/20 Medical passed : Mar 12/20 Have heard nothing from there Biometrics were sent with the application from the start. Hopefully we hear something in the next couple months...

Afternoon, I've tried to call in to check on my application and the system just takes me in a circle an then when I get to a spot to hit zero to speak with an agent it says high volume of calls we can't answer your call at this time an then hangs up. Anyone have any luck getting through to them...
