When did submit the webform ?

Hey, I applied for the SDS visa on 29th September Since then I got only two updates, 3rd Oct - Biometrics 7th Oct - Medicals It has been over 40 days, and with a not responded webform. Anyone facing similar issues please post your timelines, and if any got visa after a long waiting period...

Is there a way other then web form to contact the IRCC regarding this as the process has exceeded the processing time ?

Sds or non sds ?

I am waiting from 29th September and there has been no update except biometrics and medical. Don't know what is taking them so long
