Hi guys, just resolved my problem, we just emailed our local visa office and they replied that they changed the "you action is required" to " approved" and that i dont need to upload the passport again since they already have it. best of luck guys

same boat here still nothing ..I already booked on march 9, all are ok counterfoil valid, i have visa and copr valid and medical valid...i have until feb 20 to upload the passport...but still have problems in the upload file button.. ireally hope i will not have problems in the airport..

Hi me too, already made webforms and technical difficulty reports, still no good response. Hope by tomorrow, on the site maintenance, the upload document page will already work. ..coz mine too, UPLOAD FILE button not working.

there is something u need to upload, go to your submitted Documents, you will see want documents they want you to upload.

I am worry about my visa will be invalid once we check-in the airport, can they still do that,? ..because I also was requested to uplaod my scanned passport with the new visa but currently cant becuase i am having problems with upload file page...button not working....i have till feb 20 to...

I have the same issue, but i still have until feb 20, but upload button is not working or disabled. my fear is that they might deny us at the check in counter at the airport, because we havent uploaded it yet. hhope someone could help us...any update on your part?
