In my application package instead of provincial nominee certificate I had put work permit support letter by mistake and after they have not alloted me file number yet and if they ask for provincial nominee certificate which had expired on 5th nov 2019 and if I upload that one will they accept...

Thanks for reply....whether in your case CIC requested for provincial nominee certificate and after you uploaded the certificate they accepted and everything went smooth....
