My BOWP got approved yesterday..applied on sep 9th

My bowp got approved..

I applied for BOWP on sep 9th. dnt know when will get approve. Some people saying they will issue ETA as well. No need to apply visa. so total confused.

Hi, I applied for open work permit extension on Sep 09,2019.Applied for Express entry on Aug 29,2019 after getting Pnp approval. Any have an idea how many days will get to get the work permit extension?.Web site its showing 116 days in online.
